In most cases we deliver furniture within two weeks of an order: this will depend on the Courier's schedule.  We use a fully insured courier service for most deliveries to mainland UK, charging at cost.  The fee is paid in cash to the courier upon delivery and is not included in our prices. Before buying please contact us with your postcode for an accurate delivery quote.  Small items are sent via Royal Mail or a similar service also charged at cost.  We are happy for any item to be collected in person by prior arrangement.

Returns / Refunds

Customer have the right to return items within 30 days.  All return charges must be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable, unless goods are faulty.  Items are vintage, so wear and tear may be expected.  We describe and photograph items accurately, so any such wear and tear which has been described will not provide sufficient grounds for a return. Please study photographs and listings carefully.  Please check dimensions of furniture to ensure the item will fit your space and indeed fit through doorways.  If you do want to return an item please contact us by telephone first to arrange.

Furniture that has been re-upholstered

When we describe items as being newly re-upholstered, this is done within accordance of The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations Act of 1988. Some items are sold in their original state and may not fall within those regulations, if not being re-upholstered these items must be used for commercial use or export only.
